AVA Studio is a dynamic young London-based studio whose practice is led by innovation and aesthetics. Led by architect Alicia Villagrá Ayuso, the architecture and design studio, which also has an office in Madrid, Spain, adopts an interdisciplinary vision of architecture influenced by visual arts and technology.
Specialised in the early stages of architectural projects, AVA Studio develops concept designs that are as beautiful as they are technologically cutting-edge. Whatever the scale of the project, from innovative homes and public spaces to a piece of furniture or wearable sculpture, the architecture studio carefully examines and explores the cultural and visual meaning of each design, with technical precision and concern for sustainability.
AVA Studio’s approach is centred around balance and nature, with each project nurtured and informed by the heritage of its built and natural environment, to produce a harmonious and innovative result. The practice operates in the field of contemporary architecture, interior design and product design. AVA Studio’s unique method rethinks the spaces we live in and the objects we use, to push the boundaries of function and beauty.
Taking advantage of the new possibilities offered by technological advances in the field of architecture and construction, AVA Studio rises to meet current challenges by seeking to preserve natural resources and reduce environmental impact as much as possible. Integrating functionality, innovation and technology from the early stages of concept design, the studio places collaboration at the heart of their creative process. The design team works closely with their clients and ensures effective communication and teamwork between everyone involved, believing that a collaborative effort is key to achieving final results that meet all of your expectations.
